Tom Tierney practices in the areas of civil, commercial, employment, real estate, and probate litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tierney practiced at two prominent litigation boutique firms in San Diego, California. Mr. Tierney became a partner of the Firm in 2003.
