Luciana Melo joined the Firm in 2010. She is an associate with practice focus in the areas of Civil Litigation and Immigration. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Melo was an associate in the Immigration Practice Group at large law firm in Florida where her practice focused on employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, working on a full range of visa petitions and applications. Ms. Melo also counseled employers on I-9 employment eligibility issues and in training employers on best practices for compliance with U.S. immigration laws. Ms. Melo is fluent in Portuguese and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
