Lisa
Gallagher practices in the areas of corporate and transactional
matters, business law and real estate. Prior to joining the
firm, she was Vice President and Associate Counsel of a
renewable energy and software technology company in Silicon
Valley. While in law school, Ms. Gallagher completed internships
with Holland & Knight LLP, LNR Property Corporation and the
Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.
