Helen Scott has practiced labor and employment law representing employers since 1986. She represents employers of various sizes in the areas of race, sex, and national origin discrimination, sexual harassment, disability, age discrimination, collective bargaining, and wage and hour issues before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Ms. Scott also assists employers with developing employment policies, management training, and employment audits to further her goal of helping employers prevent employment and labor lawsuits.
