Firm Overview

Rossway Moore & Taylor began providing legal services to the Vero Beach community on February 15, 1999 with its four founding members: Bradley W. Rossway, John E. Moore, III, J. Atwood Taylor, III and Michael J. Swan. The Firm formed as the result of a desire of the four founders to establish a progressive law firm on the Treasure Coast to serve the growing needs of the community and to provide high quality legal services efficiently and on a cost effective basis. The firm's ten attorneys have in excess of 80 years of combined experience in the legal field, with many of the lawyers having practiced in the Vero Beach market for over a decade.

In addition to the Attorneys, the Firm has seventeen non-attorney staff members who provide complementary skills and talents. This assistance enables the attorneys to provide the highest quality legal services to the Firm's clients.

The law firm currently occupies more than 6,000 square feet in The Oak Point Professional Center.

The Firm provides professional legal services in the areas of commercial and residential real estate; employment; estate planning; condominium/homeowners' associations; guardianship; probate administration; general corporate; matrimonial and family as well as general advise and counseling for their clients in all matters.
